I'm Gavin, Owner of Grosvenor Blinds
Who am I
Who am I
Born & raised in Quarry Bank, I now reside in the neighbouring town of Cradley Heath where Grosvenor Blinds operate from.
Prior to Grosvenor Blinds, I was in fastener sales & customer services for many years & with a Trade Counter role, I've always enjoyed giving the customer the best possible experience whether it be providing the right product for the job or as an after sales service. I've bought this along to my blind company & offer no pressure sales in a relaxed manner in the comfort of your own home.
A little bit of a family business too with occasional Saturday help from my Daughter Mollie & also my Dad who retired a while ago but still loves getting out & helping me out when he can.
You get continuity of the same person in your home as I visit, measure, quote & install too.
